But during the time, relationship between China and the Philippines are not so good. That’s why we hold the project. We moved this project to the Philippines in 2017 and started operation in 2018. 我们的项目本来计划2014年在菲律宾落地，但由于当时中菲两国关系并不太好，因此被搁置了起来。直到2017年，这个项目才得以在菲律宾建成，并于2018年开始投产。

【字幕】 In 2017, bilateral trade volume between China and the Philippines increased by 8.5% to US$51.28 billion. By the end of 2017, the total volume of Chinese direct investment in the Philippines had reached US$770 million. 2017年中菲双边贸易额为512.8亿美元，增长8.5%。截至2017年底，中国企业在菲累计直接投资7.7亿美元。

Metro Manila, the center of the Philippines, is the most populated. Hopefully when the two bridgesare finished,transportation will become better. 还有一个好消息就是，中国在大马尼拉地区建造的两座大桥已经开工。大马尼拉地区是菲律宾人口最多的中心城市，希望大马尼拉地区两座大桥竣工后，交通条件会得到改善。

And then if you need to buy the water, they are almost from the highway.The drilling was started construction, simply was in 2009, almost two months. And then no water.If the rain, the heavy rain, they can help us. We need the water, the drum, the basin, the pail, everything. 我把水看得像生命一样宝贵，没有水，什么事都做不了。我是2009年搬到这里来的，那时候要买水，得到公路对面去。2009年村里开始打井，快两个月过去了，也没打出水来。雨天，特别是下大雨的时候，情况能好一些。我们能存点儿水，脸盆、大桶、小桶，所有能盛水的都用上了。
