I will be a teacher,so I must show the good image of a teacher to others, whether be on the internet, on WeChat or Microblog. 【同期声】（学生 郑美秋）中国人自古认为乔迁是喜事，乔迁之喜。我觉得有些东西不破不立，原来那小院子我也是非常有情感的，搬到这儿来以后有一个新的气象。她把文化和艺术，作为自己的这样的一个布置，我觉得她走到现在是非常不容易的。
For people in China, moving to a new place is a joyous occasion in life. Moving to a new place makes people happy.In my opinion, there's no making without breaking. I have a special affection for the previous small yard. After moving here, we are now facing a new environment and working to create a new atmosphere.She integrated cultural and artistic elements into her arrangements. So it's not easy for her to have arrived where she is.

【同期声】（珠穆）这五个月来，我是在岗坚公司提供的办公室里上课的。不管是里面我的朋友，还是他们公司的领导，都给予我很大的帮助。
During the five months, I taught students in the office provided by Tibet Gangjian Construction Co., Ltd. Not only my friend working in it, but also the leaders of the company, have supported me a lot.

珠穆：上课了！

【同期声】（学生张雅彬）只有一周的时间。我觉得对于任何人来讲，不要说搬一家工作室，就是搬一个家，我觉得是非常难以想象的一件事。老师在这段时间里面，就是居无定所，但是上课没有停过一节。
I had only one week to move. I reckon, for anyone, it is almost impossible to move a house, not to mention a studio in such a short time. During this period, our teacher did not have a fixed residence to live in, but our classes never stopped.
【同期声】（珠穆）我五个月来有很多恩情，对每个人充满了感恩。因为一来很多朋友帮助过我，以及那些比较远的学生，像来自天津的学生们也能按时来学习，没说过一句怨言。他们说我在哪儿，他们就会到哪儿，即使做不了其他事情，也要学好藏语来鼓励我，所以我觉得很感恩。
During the five months, many people showed kindness to me, and I am grateful to every one of them. A lot of my friends helped me. Besides, the students living far from the classroom, such as the students from Tianjin, could come to study on time as the others did. They never complained. They said they would go where I went.They said to me that even though they could not do much to support me, they would at least study Tibetan well to give me encouragement. So I am very grateful to them.
【同期声】（学生张雅彬）教藏语就是老师的使命。如果我先找一个舒服的地方先住下来，然后再开始教课，课断了，那我留在北京没有任何意义。
In the opinion of our teacher, teaching Tibetan is her mission. She said she could not start to teach only after she found a comfortable place to live in.According to her, if the classes stopped, it would be meaningless for her to stay in Beijing.

【同期声】（珠穆）我们笑过、哭过、挣扎过。尽管这个过程如此的艰难，但是我们没有落下一节藏语课，也不用停课。
We cried;we laughed; and we had struggles. We had all kinds of experiences, happy or bitter, but our classes never stopped. Certainly, there was no need to stop the classes.

珠穆：家里来客人了，喝喝茶可以让人很轻松很开心，所以每次没上课前，我都会准备好热腾腾的茶，这样他们来上课也很舒服。

珠穆：今天是珠穆藏语工作室搬到新地方，搬到新教室后，给新招的学生上的第一节课。

【同期声】（学生 库浩晨）因为在大学做研究可能会比较偏向于，比如说中国近代转型啊，西藏是绕不过去的一块，然后通过语言才能够进入到这个丰富的世界里面。
I am now a master's degree candidate at China University of Political Science and Law. The research I am doing roughly involves for example, the society transform of modern China, so Tibet is part and parcel of it. Only by understanding Tibetan well, can I enter the colorful Tibetan world.

珠穆：有很多人会这么问，哎，珠穆老师我是学藏文的，所以我是来学佛的。错了，我是做藏文化的，我是教藏语文的。
I guess many of you will ask me such a question,"Ms. Drugmo, learning Tibetan is equivalent to learning Buddhism, is that right?"That's wrong. I am doing the research of Tibetan culture and I teach Tibetan.
珠穆：藏族文化要了解的话，至少得分三个阶段，一个是根基文化部分，一个是主流文化的部分，一个是外围文化的部分。
Tibetan learning is divided into three stages: the first stage is the learning of Tibetan cultural foundation; the second stage is the learning of mainstream Tibetan culture;the third stage is the learning of its peripheral cultures.
【同期声】（学生 库浩晨）当我们谈到中国文化的时候，它不仅仅指的是汉族的文化，也就是它不仅仅只包括了孔孟的经典。藏族文化是中华文化不可分割的一部分，它也是传统文化中的根基，而且只有我们把视点不断地调整，我们会得到一个更加多棱镜的，也更加多彩的对于中国文化的理解。
When it comes to the culture of China, we know it not only refers to Han nationality culture, not only the classics of Confucius and Mencius and the Four Books and the Five Classics. It is a combination of the precious cultural treasures produced by all nationalities across China. Tibetan culture is an indispensable part of this culture, and also the foundation of traditional culture. Only when we see the culture of China from different perspectives, can we understand it in an all-around way.

【同期声】（珠穆）我也在摸索的阶段，摸索的过程，以怎样的形式让它大家不管从线上线下都能同步，而且能学好藏文？这个是一个特别好的时代，好的年代，好的方法。

【同期声】（学生 库浩晨）能够在中心城市让更多的人去了解和获得这样的资源，就是有一个可进入的接口是非常重要的事情。所以我觉得应该珍惜光阴，抓住这段学习的时间，能够更多地去体会到藏语的魅力、藏文化的魅力。
More people are likely to know about and obtain this kind of resources. It is very important to have the channels to know and learn it. So I think we should make good use of time to learn Tibetan and feel the charm of Tibetan and Tibetan culture.
【同期声】（学生 郑美秋）就像一个藏地送给我们汉族人的“文成公主”。她带给我们就是大量的文化信息，就是和我们生活当中不一样的人，不一样的想法，还有非常高深传承了几千年的藏文化，在我们北京都能接触到和见到，这个就是一个非常幸运的事情。
Our teacher is like another Princess Wencheng that Tibetan people present to us Han people,bringing us a great deal of cultural information and a lot of ideas different from what we got previously. Even in Beijing, we have access to Tibetan culture, a kind of profound culture handed down from ancestors thousands of years ago,which is very lucky for us.
【同期声】（珠穆）这么多年来，很多人问我什么是藏文化，这样问的时候我想好好回答这个问题。而藏文化非常博大精深，我回答不出来。而我来自高原，带他们去高原，让他们亲自去看，去听、去问、去生活，就这样年复一年开展了藏源活动。
Over the past years, a lot of people have asked me what Tibetan culture was. When they asked me this question, I was hoping to give them a very good answer, but I could not, because Tibetan culture was too extensive and profound to be defined in one or two sentences.As I come from Tibetan-inhabited regions, I have taken them there to let them see, hear, ask about and experience Tibetan culture in person. Like this, the activity named "Look for the Source of Tibetan Culture" has been carried out year after year.

I have never heard of Tibetan pottery before. This is the first time that I've heard of it.
【同期声】（珠穆）有喜欢艺术的，有喜欢藏医，有喜欢语法，有些喜欢历史，有些喜欢佛教等等，他们各自学习自己喜欢的东西。
Some people like Tibetan art, some like Tibetan medicine, some like Tibetan grammar, some like Tibetan history and some like Tibetan Buddhism. They have chosen what they liked to learn.
【同期声】（学生张雅彬）之前我去高原带着眼睛，就是带着观感去的，其实并没有那么多心里上的感受，毕竟还是走马观花的，但是藏源不同的，藏源让我们完全深入到高原去体验藏文化。
Before the activity, when I traveled to Tibetan-inhabited regions, I saw, heard and experienced a lot of things, but did not feel much about them, because I had only brief visits.Different from my previous visits, this activity has made it possible for us to experience Tibetan culture deeply in the regions.
【同期声】（珠穆）介绍当地文化的人，全是本地的喇嘛和堪布、老百姓，都是他们介绍的，没必要我来多说什么。想把藏文化学到什么程度，能否学得到，能否了解得到，每个人的心里都有一个藏源，就看他们的心了。
The people who introduced Tibetan culture to us were all Lamas or Khenpo locals.They were able to introduce the local culture, so I did not need to do that. To what level they can learn Tibetan culture, and whether they can obtain the knowledge in Tibetan culture or understand it well depend on their heart.
【同期声】（学生张雅彬）你只有真正了解所承载藏文背后所承载的文化，你才能把这个文字激活。
There is a source of Tibetan culture in everyone's heart. You can really understand and use Tibetan characters only after you know the culture behind Tibetan.
【同期声】（珠穆）总之与三十个字母有关的文化和天地、空气、草原、雪山等一切都是幸福的根源。我把藏文化介绍给大家，他们去运用，他们去传播，与此同时，也可以到高原，学习藏民族的生活方式和与藏族有关的一切文化。所以说内地和高原由三十个字母维系着，是幸福的根源。有些学生说我太累了，可以把今年的藏源活动停一年。但是我说了，不管是藏语课，还是藏源活动，都必须按时完成。
In short, the things linked to the thirty Tibetan alphabets in culture, sky and earth, air, grasslands, snow-capped mountains and others are the sources of happiness. After I introduce Tibetan culture to them, they can use it and spread it. Also, they can go to Tibetan-inhabited regions to learn Tibetans' way of life and all the cultures related to Tibetan nationality.So it can be said that the inland and Tibetan-inhabited regions are linked to each other by the thirty Tibetan alphabets, which are the sources of happiness.
Some of my students hoped to cancel the activity this year because they felt I was too tired. But I told them both the Tibetan class and the activity must be carried out on time.
【同期声】（学生张雅彬）其实通过一次一次的藏源的体验，是让自己的心慢慢打开的一个过程，其实打开的过程也是让自己的心变得更加柔软的一个过程，也是让自己能够更加快乐的过程。
The experiences we had in the activity can actually help us gradually open our hearts. In the activity, we are indeed experiencing the process of opening our hearts, the process of making our hearts softer and the process of becoming happier.

【同期声】（珠穆）我一直在思考珠穆藏语工作室的未来。第一个困难是我不会做宣传，对我来说宣传很困难。我对别人说不出找到珠穆了就能学好藏文这句话，我也不知道对谁说。
I have always been thinking about the future development of our studio. The first problem faced is that I am not good at promotion.For me, promotion is something difficult to do. I will feel embarrassed if I say to others that they can definitely learn Tibetan well in our studio and I do not know to whom I should tell it, either.
【同期声】（学生张垚）（藏语）我叫张垚，汉族，参加藏文学习已经快五年时间了。2019年9月，我辞去工作，正式加入珠穆藏语工作室。
My name is Zhang Yao and I am the Han nationality. I have learned Tibetan for nearly five years. In September 2019, I quit my job,and started to work in Drugmo Tibetan Studio.
【同期声】（珠穆）每次遇到困难的时候，他们不知道从哪里冒出来的，我的朋友都在我的身边。其实最感动的还是他们的那份勇气。
Whenever I met difficulties, I don't know where my friends came from to me, they have always stood by me.In fact, the most touching thing is their courage.

珠穆：今天是星期一，对我来说周一是我的休息日。能在今天这样一个阳光明媚的日子里出去，心情非常开心。听说今天我的故乡若尔盖下雪了。刚到北京时天气没这么好，灰蒙蒙的。现在天气变得特别好了，与我们雪域高原没什么两样。
Today is Monday.I can have a rest on Monday. It is sunny today, so I can go outdoors
and I am very happy. I heard that it snowed today in my hometown Zoige. When I first came to Beijing, the sky was grey. Now the weather in Beijing has become much better than before, even not different from that in our snow-covered plateau.
【同期声】（珠穆）我从故乡来到了北京，当时没想过自己会在北京，说真的我在北京待了17年了，没想过带这么久。
When I came from my hometown to Beijing, I did not think that I could stay in Beijing for such a long time,for 17 years, which, to be honest, I did not expect.

【同期声】（珠穆）刚开始只是为了生活，后面变成自己的事业，然后到今年已经有17年了，不光光是事业，是我的理想和梦想，是从生活转换成我的人生价值，有这样不一样的感受。
In the beginning, I taught Tibetan for a living, and later it has gradually become my cause. I have taught Tibetan for 17 years.Teaching Tibetan is not only my cause, but my pursuit and dream. It is not only my life now, but also where my life value lies.This is the different feeling I have about it now.
